Saturday

9am - 10:15am  - Intro/ Review

10:30am - 11:30am - Class

11:30am -12:30pm - Break

12:30pm - 2:30pm  - Posture Development 

2:45pm - 4:30pm - Posture Clinic

4:30pm - 6:30pm - Lecture

Sunday

10:30am - 11:30am - Class

11:30am - 12:00pm - Break

12:00pm - 2:15pm - Posture Clinic

2:30pm -4:30pm - Yama & Niyama

5:00pm - Yin Class (optional)

Thursday - There are only three Thursdays 

6pm -7pm - Class

7pm - 9pm - Posture Develop/Clinic
