In this training, you'll delve into the art of leading a class with command-style precision, drawing directly from the Bikram Lineage. The curriculum encompasses the classic Bikram Beginning Series, consisting of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Time is spent breaking down the mechanics of each posture, understanding their benefits, and learning how each posture is linked to the next.

Ample time is dedicated to honing your public speaking skills. The training introduces essential theories and practices and offers practice sessions for turn-key public speaking. From commanding an engaging class to giving corrections and helping students acquire the root of the lineage, discipline.  You will be equipped to lead effectively.

As you grasp the series, the focus extends beyond mere physical development to how to inspire students into a state of focus and meditation. You will learn how to empower students to face life through the art of the 26&2, striking an important balance between the physical, mental, and emotional well-being that each class beckons of the student.

 

There is an emphasis on positive learning and positive subliminal reinforcement. The aim is to foster positive thinking and deepen the understanding of the mind-body connection, creating a holistic learning experience for your students. In this training, you'll explore anatomy from a unique perspective, understanding the significance of balance through an equal and opposite lens. Delving into the intricacies of your spine and chakras, you'll gain a profound appreciation for these vital elements. Beyond the physical realm, which includes an understanding of the mechanics and alignment of each posture, the curriculum extends to your etheric body, guiding you on effective ways to manage your quantum field and your emotional and moral life in and out of the room.

Each student will be tasked with ultimately taking responsibility for themselves while working as a team. From crafting an engaging class opening to delivering an impactful closing, you'll gain comprehensive insights into effective class management.  As you grasp the foundational flows, the focus extends beyond mere physical development.
